DETERMINED AND CONSTANT

AGIR à dom. HAS BEEN ENGAGED IN A QUALITY PROCESS FOR MORE THAN FIFTEEN YEARS.
THIS PROCESS INVOLVES ALL OF THE ACTIVITIES OF OUR GROUP.

The purpose of this approach is threefold:

  • ensure our services with the greatest possible security in terms of hygiene, traceability, metrology and materio-vigilance,
  • ensure a service in strict conformity with current standards and regulations,
  • establish relations of trust with the patient allowing a dialogue and an improvement of the service provided.

To achieve these objectives, we have drafted operating procedures describing the methods to be used and objectives to be achieved for each service; after validation by the individuals responsible for each sector, these documents are implemented, thus allowing for the harmonization and optimization of our work methods. During internal audits, their correct application is confirmed by the quality assurance team.

Quality is not just a matter of procedures, it also includes a permanent process of adaptation of our organizational structure, refocusing our operation on the effectiveness of our services and the satisfaction of our customers.

In order to better understand the expectations of patients and prescribing physicians, each year we perform a satisfaction survey, the results of which are transmitted to all of our stakeholders. We also analyse with the greatest care claims addressed by patients and prescribers, which allow us, if applicable, to improve our procedures.

A quality approach must be recognized and validated by the official organizations: this has been the case since AGIR à dom. was certified ISO 9001 in 2001. AGIR à dom. is also QUALIPSAD labelled. Each year these certifications are confirmed by independent monitoring audits.
